What happens during your demo delivery:

• Product is unboxbed and physically inspected with you present
• Basic setup done on the spot — such as adding the device to your mobile app
• Quick functional check to confirm the product is working correctly
• Your questions about basic operation answered before the executive leaves

Please note:

• This service covers a basic demo and functional check only — it is not a full installation service
• Demo is limited to the product purchased and its standard out-of-box setup
• A working smartphone with internet connection must be available at the time of delivery
• The demo executive is trained for basic product handover — for advanced setup or installation, please book our separate installation service
