SafeCityMohali is a professional installation service. We do not ship products in a box to your doorstep. Our technician brings all equipment to your site and installs it as part of the service. This policy explains how our delivery and installation process works.
- How Delivery Works at SafeCityMohali
When you place an order on cctvmohali.com:
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment
- Our team will contact you within 24 hours on a working day (Monday to Saturday) to confirm your installation slot
- Our technician will arrive at your site on the agreed date and time with all equipment included in your order
- Installation is completed in a single visit in most cases. Complex commercial installations may require two visits.
- Service Area
We currently offer installation services in the following areas:
- Mohali — all Phases (1-11) and Sectors (66-82)
- Kharar — all residential and commercial areas
- Zirakpur — all residential and commercial areas
- Panchkula — available on request
- Chandigarh — available on request
If you are outside these areas, please WhatsApp us before placing an order to confirm availability. Orders placed from outside our service area may be cancelled and fully refunded.
- Installation Timelines
- Standard residential installation (1-4 cameras): same week as order, subject to slot availability
- Office or commercial installation: within 3-5 working days of order
- Alarm system installation: within 2-3 working days of order
- During peak periods (festival season, Diwali, New Year), timelines may extend by 2-3 days. We will inform you proactively.
- What to Expect on Installation Day
- Our technician will WhatsApp you 30 minutes before arrival
- He will carry a photo ID card and wear a SafeCityMohali branded uniform
- Before any drilling or bracket fixing, he will walk the site with you and confirm camera positions
- All work is completed cleanly — cables in conduit, no exposed wiring, site cleaned before leaving
- You will receive a Job Completion Card with all system details, passwords, and warranty dates
- Mobile viewing will be set up on your phone before the technician leaves
- If You Need to Reschedule
If you need to change your installation appointment, please WhatsApp us at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot. Same-day cancellations may result in a rescheduling fee of Rs 299 to cover the technician’s travel cost.
- Products Only (No Installation)
If you purchase an accessory such as an SD card without an installation service, the product will be brought to you by our technician on the installation day or dispatched via courier within 2-3 working days. Courier delivery timelines depend on your location within Tricity and the logistics partner used.
