- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in appearance may occur without affecting product specifications.
- Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment via Razorpay.
- We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and EMI (on eligible orders above Rs 5,000).
- In the event of a failed payment, no order is created. Please retry or contact us for assistance.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.
- Installation Services
- Installation is carried out by our background-verified technicians Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
- You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the installation site at the agreed time.
- Any electrical work, civil drilling through RCC structures, or new power socket installation required for the installation is not included in our service and must be arranged by you separately.
- Camera placement is confirmed with you before any bracket is permanently fixed. Once confirmed and fixed, relocation of cameras is chargeable separately.
- Mobile viewing setup on your smartphone is included with every installation and is guaranteed to be working before our technician leaves your site.
- WiFi Dependency Disclosure
Qubo WiFi cameras and the Qubo Video Doorbell require an active and stable WiFi internet connection to function. If your internet connection or WiFi router goes offline for any reason — including power cuts, ISP downtime, or router failure — the cameras will stop recording and remote viewing will be unavailable until the connection is restored. This is a technical characteristic of WiFi-based devices and does not constitute a product defect. By purchasing a Qubo WiFi camera from SafeCityMohali, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
- Electricity Backup
Our cameras and alarm systems require a functioning power supply to operate. SafeCityMohali recommends connecting cameras, the WiFi router, and alarm hubs to a UPS or inverter to ensure continued operation during power cuts. Failure to maintain power supply to the equipment is not covered under warranty or maintenance plans.
- Limitation of Liability
SafeCityMohali provides surveillance equipment and installation services as a security aid. We do not guarantee the prevention of crime, theft, burglary, vandalism, or any other incident. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SafeCityMohali in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
SafeCityMohali shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of property, loss of business, loss of data, or any claim by a third party, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
